All cosmetic products such as skin care, makeup, fragrance and cosmetic brush once sold will not be returned or exchanged except for allergy problem, quality problem or faulty goods.

• Allergy Problem

If you are sensitive to products after use, please specify the hospital proof and receipt for return ; Due to the useful life of certain cosmetics and storage requirements, if the purchase of products for more than 7 days or less than the capacity of two-thirds of product specifications without return.

Notice:

• In all cases you must contact us within 7 days in accordance with the date of receipt prior to returning any goods.
• Goods are required to be returned in their original packaging or suitably packaged to prevent transportation damage.
