Upon receiving your product, within 30 days, all accessories that comes with the product/products (battery, charger, earphones) can be replaced without having to ship them back! We will send you the replacement free of charge, this type of replacement service can only be used once, and will cost an extra US$ 6.99, the charge includes complete free replacement of any one accessory.

2.Complete Replacement Guarantee($9.99)

Upon receiving your product, within 60 days, should there be any problems, we will replace your phone absolutely free of charge. You will need to confirm with Customer Service and ship back the defected product, upon which we will send you a brand new one! This type of replacement service can only be used once, and will cost an extra US$ 9.99, the charge includes complete free replacement of your phone.
